Weekly Hint 78: Parcours Humain in Basel and Weil am Rhein

The Swiss-wide exhibition “Parcours Humain” addresses the topics of immigration and humanity. Basel participates together with Germany to present art across borders.

With the slogan “Build bridges instead of walls”, the exhibition series “Parcours Humain” links art and humanitarian causes to provide a fresh perspective on the current refugee crisis. With exhibits in Basel (Dreispitz and Holzpark) and Weil am Rhein (Stapfelhus), visitors walk across borders to learn more about art, humanity, and the challenges of the world situation. There are also workshops, lectures, as well as guided tours by people from countries such as Iran or Syria.

“Parcours Humain” continues until 5th June in Basel and Weil am Rhein and moves across Switzerland to other exhibition places. More information (in German) can be found here: https://www.parcourshumain.ch
